With great drink prices and seemingly a new bar, club and event opening every week, Budapest’s sterling nightlife is quickly climbing the charts of must-see places in Europe. Along with many other old world capitals, Budapest is changing overnight and if it has been a few years since you’ve visited this great city, you might not recognize it anymore. But after a few drinks at some of Budapest’s best clubs, you might feel the exact same way.

3. Underground - Teréz Körút 30 Budapest - website

While the industrial feel of this bar may be a little odd at first, once you taste one of the original cocktails, you’ll start to feel right at home.

4. Club Seven - VII. Akácfa u.7 Budapest - website

Along with White Heaven, this is one of the classiest places in the whole city. A place to be seen at as much as a place to drink and have fun.

If you are looking to add a bit of funk and style to your evening, Szoda is all about having fun and kicking up your heels.

6. Home - Harsany Letjo 6 Budapest - website

With the multitude of fashionable spots exploding around Budapest, Home still has the advantage over every other club in the city. You’ll need to dress to impress.

7. Dokk - Hajógyári Sziget 122 Budapest - website

With some of the hottest local and international DJs spinning here on weekends, this spot is packed to the rafters on Saturdays and Sundays, but fairly easy to visit the rest of the week.

If you need a fresh pizza with that cocktail, head to the Crazy Café for a great mix of oddball clientele and great drinks.

You won’t come here for the crowd or for the dated and ugly setting, but the drinks here are fantastic and it is never boring.
